No changes can be made after approval unless production has not yet started.

Additional charges may apply for artwork revisions after approval.
2. Artwork Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for reviewing:

Spelling

Dimensions
-
Colors
-
Layout
-
Product specifications
-
File quality
Niyo Flags is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
3. Production Variations
Slight variations in:

Color
-
Size
-
Material appearance
-
Print positioning
may occur during production and are considered acceptable industry standards.
4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice.

Quotes are valid only for the stated time period.
5. Cancellations

Custom orders cannot be canceled after artwork approval.

All approved orders are considered final.
6. Limitation of Liability

Niyo Flags shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages
-
Delayed deliveries
-
Courier-related damages
-
Loss of business
-
Event-related losses
-
Liability is strictly limited to the value of the original order.
7. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they own or have permission to use all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, and graphics.
